Parker Software Integrates with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics

Parker Software announced the integration of their product, WhosOn, with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics, the top two Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. Both CRM platforms can be fully integrated with WhosOn, a solution that tracks, engages, and reports on visitors to a website in real-time through live chat and web analytics
